Main feature and user
GC2281 model long-arm cylinder bed two needle machine ,with the synchronized feeding of needle ,feed dog and presser foot prevents the slippage of materials and forms neat stitch ;Adopt sliding thread take-up ,imported vertical double rotating hook and forming two lines of lockstitch .The arm shaft and hook shaft are driven by synchro tooth belt .Knob-type stitch regulator and lever type reverse feeding mechanism permit convenient operation .And install clutch safe-device to prevent the damage .
It’s widely used in sewing tents ,arch ,umbrella,seat cushion ,sofa and etc ,especially for cylinder products .
GC2281-1B model long-arm cylinder bed two needle machine ,except with the performance of GC2281 . Model this adopt servo motor ,when parking can make course person who control needle always on cloth or under the cloth ,as to long –arm model , not needing to shut down in the rotate hand wheel frequently , it is more convenient to operate .
